How to Apply:
Apply an appropriate amount evenly to all exposed skin — including the face, neck, arms, and legs. Use gentle circular motions for full coverage. Pay attention to areas such as the ears, back of the neck, and tops of the feet.

When to Apply:
Apply sunscreen 15–30 minutes before sun exposure to allow it to form a protective barrier.
